John has been in the customer service industry for more than 30 years. He has always taken a hands-on approach to his position, and enjoys learning how things work. He loves working with others, and being able to pass on his knowledge, as well as learning from others. John is a certified Florida Public Pool Specialist and also a InterNACHI Certified Pool & Spa Inspector. He is happiest when working or playing outdoors, especially with his family. Whether it’s running, hiking, camping, or swimming in his own pool, thats where John feels most at ease.
