Muriatic Acid is a pool chemical that can be used to maintain pH balance and lower alkalinity in pool water. Muriatic Acid can also be used as a cleaning agent on salt cells, pool surfaces and tiles. 1 Gallon Container.
Dosage Information
Use 16 oz per 10,000 gallons of water to drop pH .5
(Example: 10,000 gallon pool with pH of 8.0 needs 16 oz of sulfuric acid to bring pH to 7.5)
Recommended pH ranges: 7.4 – 7.8.
